NJCAA HONORS TCCAA ATHLETES AS ACADEMIC ALL AMERICANS

The NJCAA recently announced the list of student athletes that were awarded certificates as NJCAA All Americans.  The TCCAA is proud to announce that 64 student athletes were honored with this recognition.  A student who possessed a 4.0 GPA was selected to the first team.  Any student with a GPA between 3.8 and 3.99 was named to the second team.  Those students with a GPA between 3.6 and 3.99 were named to the third team.  

First team selections were Kaitlyn Essenburg of the volleyball team and Lakelyn Reed of the softball team from Cleveland State; Hannah Feasler of the Motlow State soccer team; Southwest Tennessee soccer player Kristin Goree; softball player Rebecca Perry from Volunteer State; and softball player Alexis McDowell and baseball players Gage Gillian, Jordan Holly, Logan Carey, and William Anderson from Walters State. 

Second team selections were basketball player Jordan Smith, softball player Kaitlin Crump, and baseball player Noah Hill from Cleveland State; softball player Allie Turner from Jackson State, softball players Ariel McAtee, Breanna Owens, and Carolina Sarris and soccer players Bailee Walls, Bethany Porter, Natalie Feasler, and Paige Loveless of Motlow State; Volunteer State's softball player Leah Ross; and women's basketball player Brooke Smith, softball player Casey Gilbert, baseball players Jacob Jennings, Peyton Alford, and Tyler Gentry, as well as volleyball players Sarah Higgins and sydney Hurd of Walters State.

Third team selections were basketball/volleyball player Julia Gaither, softball players Kaitlyn Pickens, Shiane Stockwell, and Tori Ogle along with golfer Walker Malone of Cleveland State; softball player Kaylee Luckett, baseball players Hagan Severance and James Bitzenhofer of Dyersburg State; softball player Macy Muirhead and baseball players Alex DeRiggi, Brandon Maxwell, Brayden Barnes, and Dale Wright Jr. of Jackson State; soocer players Ali Shelton and Tyler Feasler, softball player Madison Hopkins, and baseball players James Bailliez and Justin Parker of Motlow State; soccer players Hannah McKinley and Katie Smith, softball players Anne Willoughby and Hannah Hurdle, baseball players Benjamin Kirby, and Brayden Green, and men's basketball player Donnie Malone II of Southwest Tennessee; softball players Maggie Savage, Tara Cates and Stephanie Phelps of Volunteer State; and women's basketball player Dejah Montgomery, men's basketball player Dane Farrow, golfer Hunter Blanken, volleyball players Haykey Wolfe, Kaley Muncy, and Keri Ricker, and baseball player James Haynes of Walters State.
